Good....I was gonna suggest using a vault spring board in order for you to get enough height. Once you get that down pat, then remove the vault spring board and do the aerial on the spring floor. Good luck. Love, Kindness, Generosity

Hey, Wushuboy! Here's what my daughter (a gymnast for over 18 yrs) has to say: "Great height. Straighten legs more (they're bent) and get a bigger split because the bigger split will increase your momentum in the air and make you go faster. For an added challenge, take one step, hurdle and then do the aerial when you can do them easily from the 3 steps/hurdle." Hope that helps! Love, Kindness, Generosity
